Currently serving as the College of Health of Human Sciences student representative for the Associated Students Academic Affairs Committee, nutritional science sophomore Nina Chuang is running unopposed for A.S. director of student resource affairs.
“Developing ways for students to achieve their definitions of success through the many programs offered at [San Jose] State is one of my goals,” she stated in the A.S. voter information guide.
The Spartan Daily reached out to Chuang for comment but received no response by publication deadline.
As a representative on the A.S. Academic Affairs Committee for one of the nine colleges at San Jose State, Chuang stated that her role was to bridge the gap between the different majors within the College of Health of Human Sciences.
She stated that she plans on carrying out the same mission in the position of Director of Student Resource Affairs.
“I hope to be a small part of helping foster your student excellence and experience beyond the classroom,” Chuang stated in her platform.
